Overview
Jennifer Frampton, DO, MPH, is an interventional cardiologist, practicing a subspecialty that uses specialized imaging techniques and nonsurgical catheter-based treatments to treat the heart and blood vessels. Dr. Frampton provides coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary interventions, in addition to consultative cardiology care for new patients and follow-up visits to monitor their progress after treatment.
Dr. Frampton says she was drawn to interventional cardiology when she saw that it was an opportunity to help people manage cardiac conditions with both medicines and procedures.
“My goal is to provide patient-centered care with attention to the needs and preferences of each individual patient,” Dr. Frampton says. This often means helping patients through the trajectory of their disease, starting with initial diagnosis and treatment, and continuing through long-term management of the condition. “I strive to work with each patient on disease management, with a focus on longevity and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle,” she says.
