Research Summary

The Berro lab is interested in unraveling the molecular and biophysical mechanisms of clathrin-mediated endocytosis. We use a cross-disciplinary approach combining experimental work (genetics, cell biology, quantitative live fluorescence microscopy) and computational tools (image analysis, mathematical modeling). The Berro lab is also interested in the development of new methods for in vivo Biochemistry and Systems Biology.
