Helen (Mengyuan) Sun

Originally from Shanghai, I attended Fudan University for B.S degree in Biological Sciences. I am currently a sixth-year Ph.D student in molecular biophysics and biochemistry department. Currently, I am engaged in basic science research emphasizing on understanding the cellular process of cytokinesis using quantitative super-resolution microscopy, specifically single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM). I am co-advised by Dr. Thomas Pollard and Dr. Joerg Bewersdorf.
