Biography
As a program manager in the Department of Biomedical Informatics and Data Science (BIDS), Jen supports the planning and execution of cross-disciplinary research projects, including both federally funded studies and department-led initiatives. Her work spans business operations, IRB coordination, regulatory documentation, and supporting teams across clinical, data science, and administrative domains.
She also contributes to the department’s internal communications, supporting information-sharing across research, faculty, and administrative teams. Jen brings over a decade of experience in healthcare research, administration, and operations, with prior roles in clinical imaging, hospital quality improvement, and simulation-based training. She holds an MPH in Public Health and a BS in Biological Health Sciences, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management. Her work is grounded in a commitment to building systems that work better for teams, patients, and research alike.
