New PA Program Director, Jim Van Rhee was honored with the Outstanding Achievement Award at the Physician Assistant Education Association's annual Education Forum in Memphis, TN in October 2013. This award honors an individual who has provided sustained, exceptional service or leadership to PAEA, or who has contributed to the advancement of the PA profession in other ways (e.g., through scholarly activity, teaching, or as an advocate for the profession in the public and/or private arenas).
Van Rhee came to Yale in August. He has previously been with Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Wake Forest University, and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
