"Eli Day" at Yale School of Medicine

Nearly 300 years ago, Elihu Yale made history when he donated nine bales of goods, some books, and a portrait of King George I to the Connecticut colony's fledgling collegiate school. By way of thanks, the trustees named the school in his honor.

Yale students are invited to show their appreciation by sending messages of gratitude to donors at Eli Day. Join us and let donors know what you’re thankful for!
