Yale Urology Welcomes Dr. Jaime Cavallo

Jaime A. Cavallo, MD, MPHS has been appointed as an Assistant Professor of Urology and Director of Male Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery at Yale Urology. Dr. Cavallo will care for patients who require male genitourinary reconstructive surgery, including for urethral stricture disease, urinary incontinence, Peyronie’s disease, erectile dysfunction, and buried penis. Dr. Cavallo looks forward to partnering with referring physicians and she currently schedules patient appointments in the Yale Urology practice at 800 Howard Avenue in New Haven and at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Connecticut Healthcare campus in West Haven.

Dr. Cavallo received her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and her Master of Population Health Sciences at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. While at Washington University School of Medicine, she received a National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded career development award in comparative effectiveness research. Dr. Cavallo completed her residency in Urology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and her fellowship in Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery at the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center.
