Clare McGarvey Lambert, MD

Clare has studied gender disparities in stroke outcomes in a large rural dataset. She has also studied the efficacy of group therapy in a repeat suicide attempt population with high degrees of alexithymia and worked on a randomized cluster control study that tested the efficacy of an online tool to help family doctors deprescribe for geriatric patients on more than 15 medications. She is Co-President of the neuroscience society at her medical school and has served as a peer tutor. She is a former member of the Canadian Freestyle Mogul Team. She has held several leadership and peer mentorship roles in medical school. She enjoys outdoor activities (e.g. skiing, cycling, rock climbing), fiction, yoga, painting, knitting scarves, travel, and exploring new places.
