Biography

Signy Peck, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has specialized in work with children and families. She received her MSW from Smith College School for Social Work and her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in CT. Signy focuses on integrative care and currently works on the ACCESS-Mental Health project through YCSC, providing clinical consultation to pediatrics practices. Prior to joining AMH, she worked at the Yale Child Study Center’s (YCSC) outpatient clinic where she supervised student trainees and interns.

Overview

Signy Peck, LCSW, is a licensed social worker who cares for children and families.

One of Peck’s focuses is on integrative care . She currently works as part of the ACCESS-Mental Health (AMH) teamthrough Yale Child Study Center, providing clinical consultation to pediatrics practices. Prior to joining AMH, she worked at the Yale Child Study Center’s outpatient clinic, where she supervised student trainees and interns.

“I chose this specialty as I've always had an interest in mental health and what makes people tick,” Peck says. “I have a particular affinity for working with children and adolescents, but am interested in human development across the lifespan.”

Peck says she enjoys consulting with pediatricians around their patients’ mental health and behavioral needs. “Assisting families in developing a comprehensive care plan and connecting them to the right providers provides great fulfillment,” she adds.
