Welcome to the Yale Academic Medical Community’s Outlist

The Outlist, co-sponsored by OutPatient, Graduate Medical Education, and the Deans’ Advisory Council on LGBTQI+ Affairs, features students, housestaff, clinicians, faculty, administrative staff, and other members of the Yale Academic Medical Community who identify as a sexual and/or gender minority.

The Outlist:

• Enhances visibility and accessibility of the LGBTQI+ community
• Celebrates the unique experiences and ongoing contributions of LGBTQI+ individuals
• Fosters community, collaboration and mentorship between LGBTQI+ individuals

Prospective, future, current and past members of the Yale Academic Medical Community are invited to reach out to individuals on this list to connect, collaborate, and learn about LGBTQI+ life at Yale.
