Dopamine Transporter Scan-Based Disease Progression Models for Early Parkinson's Disease

PD is a heterogeneous disorder and exhibits many subtypes with different rates of disease progression. This study aims to characterize disease progression in individuals with early PD by using machine-learning models on the Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) DaTscan dataset.
