Application

The Yale Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program participates in ERAS and NRMP. Yale will offer four positions for the 2027 - 2028 fellowship class. Please note that interviews will be conducted virtually for the fall 2026 interview season.

Applicants considered for interview with Sleep Medicine must:

1. Have completed (or will) complete a residency in internal medicine, anesthesiology, neurology, pediatrics, family medicine or otolaryngology.
2. Be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident or Sponsored on an H1 or J1 visa.
3. Submit at least three strong letters of recommendation, one from the current Program Director.
4. Have completed USMLE Steps 1 through 3
5. Submit a Personal Statement
6. Register in the National Residency Match Program

• Monday September 14, 2026 from 11:30-5pm
• Monday September 21, 2026 from 11:30-5pm
