The Yale Program in Addiction Medicine is pleased to welcome Miriam Harris, MD, MSc, Assistant Professor of Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine, for a special session of Addiction Medicine Rounds.

Title: The Impact of COVID-19 on Addiction Services and People Who use Drugs: Bright Spots in Dark Corners

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify the ways in which addiction services and people who use drugs were uniquely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
  2. Critique the pros and cons of COVID-19 specific adaptations adopted by addiction services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  3. Evaluate the implications of COVID-19 addiction service adaptations for future addiction service delivery.

Addiction Medicine Rounds are CME accredited. Each session will be assigned 1 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.
