Yetunde Asiedu, MD

I am an internist at Yale Internal Medicine Associates. I have always had a passion for mentoring. I took part in opportunities to work with underrepresented youth to encourage and support them in their pursuit of education in STEM throughout my time in undergraduate, medical school, and residency.

In 2020, I completed a year as chief medical resident at Brown University. During this chief year, I had the distinct opportunity of working with many medical students and residents as they worked toward their career goals. I had the opportunity to provide feedback and develop educational plans for those with academic problems. I joined as a faculty member at Yale School of Medicine in 2020 and have had the great pleasure of working with many medical students and residents on the Generalist service, as well as in the office at Yale Internal Medicine Associates. I hope to have the opportunity to continue my passion in supporting medical learner to reach their academic goals.
