Mikas Grewal

Mikas Grewal joins the Research team as Postgraduate Associate. She will support the research team on various CERSI and NEST projects, particularly conducting patient recruitment for the Acute Pain Pathways study. Mikas graduated this past May from the University of Connecticut where she earned her BS in Biological Sciences and a minor in Molecular and Cell Biology. Prior to joining CORE, she worked at the Haskins Lab as an undergraduate research assistant where she helped collect data and perform neuro-assessments on children with reading disorders. Mikas is currently applying to medical school in hopes of becoming a physician that will work with patients and colleagues to aid medical needs. She is very passionate about making an impact and works hard to help others where she can.
