CTNA Research Participation

The Center for the Translational Neuroscience of Alcohol is currently recruiting participants for a number of research studies, including non-treatment studies. Each study has its own age, other requirements, and specific clinical exclusions. Studies compensate participants for their time and effort.

Director's Welcome

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the website of the NIAAA Center for the Transitional Neuroscience of Alcohol (CTNA) based at Yale University Department of Psychiatry. CTNA is a multi-disciplinary and multi-institutional effort spanning 10 years of research with the primary focus on understanding and treating alcoholism.

An Introduction to the CTNA

The Center for the Translational Neuroscience of Alcohol (CTNA), in its third iteration, is funded by a grant from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.
