YCSC Inclusive Searches Training

Anyone in the YCSC community who has a hand in selecting new community members (fellows, postgrads/ docs, faculty, staff) is asked to participate in this training, which is required for anyone who wishes to participate in search committees. In this session, participants will explore and discuss foundational diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts and apply them to data-informed best practices on how to conduct an inclusive and equitable search process. This session aims to enhance understanding of inclusive excellence and basic DEI knowledge while serving on search/hiring committees.
