The Biophysical Resource

The Biophysical Resource is a facility operated by Keck Foundation Biotechnology Resource Laboratory at Yale University. We currently have resources to study oligomeric state of biomolecular assemblies, as well as thermodynamics and kinetics of macromolecular interactions using:

• Multiangle laser light scattering detector and dynamic light scattering detector
  (MALLS and DLS)
• Dynamic light scattering detector (DLS)
• Isothermal microcalorimetry (ITC)
• Surface plasmon resonance - BiaCore biosensor (SPR)
• Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA)
• Spectrofluorometer: PTI-QuantaMaster
• Asymmetric flow Field-Flow Fractionation
• Fluorescence plate reader
• CD - spectrophotometer
