Title: "iNKT cells in the production of food antibodies"

Objectives will be as follows:

1. Review the relevance of various isotypes of food antibodies to food allergy
2. Review the current understanding of the immune triggers and cellular pathways of food antibody production
3. Highlight data from the laboratory showing that iNKT cell stimulation can lead to a food allergy phenotype in mice
