10th Annual Update on Interventional Cardiology

Yale School of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Section of Cardiovascular Medicine, and the office of Yale CME invite you to join us for the 10th Annual Update on Interventional Cardiology.

The procedural complexity of cardiovascular interventions is steadily increasing along with the comorbidities of an aging population. This meeting will address the evaluation and management of complex interventional patients. Registration is free of charge but required to participate.

Learning Objectives

• Identify procedural options for many previously untreatable patients.
• Discuss pre-procedural risk factors and mitigation strategies, noting that higher-risk procedures may still be indicated.
• Recognize that interventional cardiology is further sub-specializing into peripheral vascular, structural, complex coronary spaces.
