Biography

Stacy earned her Bachelor degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut, in 2006. She later went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and graduated in November 2025.

In 2022, Stacy joined the Department of Ophthalmology as the Executive Assistant to the Chair, Dr. Lucian Del Priore. In this role, she rapidly expanded her scope of responsibility, taking on a key leadership position as the administrator for the Section of International Ophthalmology and Global Eye Health. Her ability to manage complex operations, streamline processes, and support both faculty and institutional initiatives quickly distinguished her as an essential member of the team.

In recognition of her strong leadership, organizational skills, and operational expertise, Stacy was promoted in November 2024 to the role of Clinical Coordinator. In this capacity, she partnered closely with the Clinical Operations Manager to oversee and support the day-to-day clinical operations of the New Haven clinic, in addition to all affiliated satellite locations. Her work ensured efficient clinic workflows, strong coordination across teams, and a high standard of patient care delivery.

Stacy now serves as a Division Administrator, where she provides comprehensive clinical and administrative oversight across five sections within the department. She acts as the primary point of contact for physicians, fellows, and surgical schedulers, facilitating communication, supporting clinical and academic initiatives, and ensuring seamless operational coordination across her divisions.

Stacy has a deep passion for Global Eye Health and is strongly committed to advancing efforts to prevent and cure blindness worldwide. She is highly motivated to collaborate with international partners and is dedicated to supporting the department’s global mission through meaningful engagement and coordination with teams across the globe.
