Mary Henwood has accepted and will be transitioning into her new role as Senior Director for the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science, formerly held by Greg Kharabadze, who is also transitioning into his new role as Executive Director for Business Administration & Strategic Initiatives at YSM. Mary has been at Yale School of Medicine for over six years, supporting the Center for Musculoskeletal Care, the Department of Orthopedics & Rehabilitation, and the Department of Urology. Prior to joining Yale, Ms. Henwood was the Director of Women’s and Children’s Service Line at Stamford Hospital for eleven years. Ms. Henwood has an MPH from Columbia Mailmen School of Public Health and a BSBA from American University, Kogod School of Business.
Our clinical and research finance and faculty affairs needs will continue to be supported by the Integrated Business Office (IBO) that Greg Kharabadze will continue to oversee. Deb Kieslich will continue to serve as Associate Director for Ophthalmology alongside our great team of managers and staff.
