New Haven Voices: Addressing Homelessness and Substance Use Disorder
The Office of Diversity, Inclusion, Community Engagement, and Equity (DICE) and the Office of Medical Education are hosting a panel discussion with community leaders and residents with lived experience in Greater New Haven about how issues such as housing and substance use disorders impact the health and well-being of its residents. Through this discussion, we hope that students can better understand Yale’s relationship with Greater New Haven and how they can most meaningfully contribute to the New Haven community, in their role as health professional students as well as residents of the city.
Students, staff, faculty, and other Yale affiliates are welcome to attend.
Please register by Monday, August 19 at noon.
