  • The Health Professions Recruitment Exposure Program (HPREP) is a nation-wide high school science enrichment program created to address poor health outcomes in disadvantaged communities by increasing minority representation in health professions.
  • The Yale Summer Enrichment Medical Academy (YSEMA) is a free 6-week program for students aspiring to a career in medicine. Students will participate in an intensive science curriculum designed to improve success in upper-division science courses that are required for pre-med students.
  • The Yale Summer Enrichment Research Experience (YSERE) is a free 8-week program for Gateway and Housatonic Community College students considering a career in biomedical research. Students will participate in an intensive research program designed to expose students to the process of scientific discovery and the path to a PhD or MD/PhD.
  • The Program to Advance Training in Health & Sciences (PATHS) is an 11-month program that provides undergraduate students or recent graduates with a transformative learning experience to support their goal of applying for and earning an MD, MD/PhD, or PhD in the biomedical sciences.
