Biography

Spyridon (Spyros) Kostantinis is a resident at the Traditional Internal Medicine Program at Yale. He obtained his medical degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece. Prior to residency, he was a research fellow at the Center for Coronary Artery Disease at the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation, where he worked on multicenter registries and randomized controlled trials investigating complex coronary interventions. His research focus includes coronary chronic total occlusion interventions, intravascular imaging and bifurcation lesion interventions. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including JACC: Cardiovascular Interventions, Circulation: Cardiovascular Interventions, Eurointervention, American Journal of Cardiology, and International Journal of Cardiology.
