The Endocrine, Head & Neck Pathology Service provides the following evaluations:
- Tissue biopsies to rule out/confirm cancer
- Resections for tumor staging, prognostication, adequacy of resection, and to guide further treatment
- Biological markers of prognosis
- HPV- and EBV-related cancers
Our Services
In addition to providing diagnostic service to Smilow Cancer Hospital, we are the only Endocrine, Head & Neck subspecialty pathology practice in the state of Connecticut providing consultancy services to surrounding hospitals, including Bridgeport Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, Milford Hospital, Griffin Hospital, and the Saint Raphael Campus of Yale New Haven Hospital and other regional hospitals.
