Department of Urology
Chair's Corner
Greetings--
I'm happy to present an updated format of our departmental newsletter, News on the Go. We believe you'll find it more visual and mobile friendly. Please read on and enjoy.
Yale Urology’s reputation as a stellar clinical, educational, and research hub continues to grow, getting us ever closer to our destination center goal.
Earlier this month, we were proud to be the local host of the Urological Research Society’s annual meeting, where 30 urologic science leaders shared updates on their latest innovations. This meeting is made up of members-only invites with representatives from all over the globe.
At the recent annual New England AUA gathering, many of our residents and faculty engaged, with at least five poster presentations, nine podium talks, and one video abstract delivery. Several members of our team also served as moderators during poster and panel sessions. Impressive. And I’d like to share a special thank you to Dr. Katie Rotker who was this year’s scientific program committee co-chair.
Finally, don’t forget, in early November we are hosting the 2nd Annual Yale Urology Bulldog Debates - our CME event - at the Yale Club in New York City. Please register to show your support for Yale Urology!
