Yale Urology Sub-Internship Scholarship

NOTE: We are no longer accepting applications for 2025. Please check back at the beginning of 2026 for opportunities next year.

The Yale Urology Sub-Internship Scholarship is available to all who meet the eligibility criteria. For the 2025 academic year, scholarships in the amount of $1,500 are available and will help to off-set the cost of visiting student application fees, travel, and lodging.

If interested, there are three steps to apply for the scholarship:

1. Submit your VSLO application
2. Review eligibility to confirm you are eligible for the scholarship and then submit Yale’s Visiting Student Scholarship Program Application.
3. Email Jess Patrie, MPH, residency coordinator at jessica.patrie@yale.edu, including:
   1. Name, email address, Medical School, AAMC ID number
   2. Statement (150 words or fewer) explaining how you will use your unique background and experiences in the world to create or increase access to education, health care or other essential services in the field of medicine?
