PSM Registry

We are excited to announce the launch a new PSM Registry. By harnessing the capabilities of artificial intelligence, we are curating an electronic medical record-derived, large language model-curated patient registry to address the many unanswered clinical questions in our PSM patient population.

We are currently soliciting trial proposals to launch prospective, registry-based trials on our PSM Registry. To enable rapid rollout, we are particularly interested in proposals that compare standard of care vs. standard of care (i.e. surgery vs. chemotherapy, chemotherapy 1 vs. chemotherapy 2) that can quickly be answered with our new trial framework.

Please use this link for submitting trial proposals.

Additionally, we welcome partner institutions to join our PSM Registry and participate in cross-site patient enrollment. As part of this effort, we have addressed the many regulatory hurdles and designed a smartphone/tablet-based 2-part patient registration application that can be easily disseminated. We are happy to offer training sessions for patient enrollment. Please feel free to reach out to robert.tseng@yale.edu or alexander.t.kim@yale.edu if your institution is interested to participate.

We will begin patient enrollment at Yale beginning 9/1/2026, and will hold a demonstration event on the weekend of 9/26 (Saturday) or 9/27 (Sunday) in Washington DC coinciding with the ACS Clinical Congress 2026. Additional event details will be announced soon.
