His areas of interest include hernia surgery, gallbladder disease, minimally invasive surgery, and robotic-assisted surgery, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and reducing recovery times through advanced techniques.

Dr. Isaza completed his medical education at Drexel University College of Medicine, followed by residency training in General Surgery at Lehigh Valley Hospital. He then pursued specialized fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care at Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Isaza is fully committed to contributing to the future of surgery through teaching, research, and improving patient care.
