Early Intervention Services

As with a physical illness, treatment early in the course of a mental illness, such as psychosis, can lead to better outcomes. The STEP Clinic aims to reduce the impact of early psychosis through symptom alleviation and reintegration back into the community. At STEP, patients and loved ones have the opportunity to:

• Discuss their concerns
• Get practical support
• Undergo a detailed clinical assessment
• Receive STEP care
• Participate in research studies
