Housing & Residential Services

The CSN provides an array of housing services. Programs include shelters, transitional housing, and permanent housing with supports. These supports range from 24 hour-supported programs focused on residential rehabilitation to case management programs that support individuals in their own apartments.

To make a referral for CSN housing and residential programs, complete Inter-Agency referral Form.

Additional housing services, including but not limited to, crisis and respite, permanent housing, services for women and children, and programs for persons living with HIV/AIDS, should be made by contacting the following agencies/programs directly: Continuum of Care, Fellowship Place, Leeway, Liberty Community Services, New Haven Home Recovery, and Shelter Plus Care.
