Biography
Katherine Daiy is a PhD student and human biologist in the Department of Anthropology at Yale University. She is interested in how industrialization and the nutritional transition shape the evolution of human physiology. Broadly, her research interests include evolutionary medicine, the developmental origins of obesity, and variation in the human breast milk and gut microbiome.
