Biography

Melody is a PhD student in the Cellular and Molecular Physiology Department. She is co-mentored by Drs. Janitza Montalvo-Ortiz and Kristen Brennand. Her work focuses on understanding the functional mechanisms of genetic variants associated with substance use disorders and how these might increase risk.
