We are harnessing multi-omics platforms, including single-cell gene expression profiling; spatial transcriptomics; and proteomics studies; and integrating molecular biology techniques such as cell-based assays and monoclonal autoantibody isolation to obtain new insights into debilitating diseases and identify new therapeutic targets.
