The overarching focus of the Hayman Lab is to understand mechanisms of resistance to DNA-damage with a focus on developing novel approaches to neutralize the adaptive responses.

We have a particular interest in the intersection of the innate immune machinery and the regulation of the tumor intrinsic response to DNA damage.
