Erson Lab

We are a new and growing team working on primary brain tumor genomics at Yale University Department of Neurosurgery.

We work with:

• multi-level (bulk/single, temporal/spatial)
• multi-omics (genomic/transcriptomic/epigenetic) data

to better understand the interaction between the molecular background and how the tumors form, evolve, transform and respond or resist to treatment. We also work on individual cases of various types of brain tumors to guide the precision medicine efforts using cutting edge computational approaches.
