Yale Microarray Database
The Yale Microarray Database (YMD) is a university-wide database for archiving and retrieving microarray data generated by different labs using different platforms (e.g., Affymetrix, Illumina, Nimblegen and Sequenom). It provides the following main features.
- It allows the microarray core manager to create a lab and an account for its PI.
- It allows the PI user to create his/her lab members who can either access all data within the lab or access the member's own data only.
- Users (PIs or lab members) can use a Web browser to log into YMD to retrieve/download their datasets associated with a single chip or a group of chips.
Please contact Dr. Shrikant Mane for microarray-related questions and Dr. Kei Cheung for technical questions about YMD.
