2023-2024 Academic Year Goals
- Goal 1) To foster a sense of community within the MSTP/YSM community.
- Goal 2) To create DEI-focused support resources and mentoring for MSTP students.
- Goal 3) To establish connections with the local New Haven community
- Goal 4) To foster mentorship between current MSTP students, junior trainees and alumni.
- Goal 5) To create more informed physician-scientists who are prepared to discuss and tackle DEI topics while at YSM and then further in their careers.
