Biography

Titus Boggon is interested in understanding the molecular basis for signal transduction pathways using a structure-based functional studies. Dr. Boggon completed his Ph.D. at the University of Manchester, UK, in the laboratory of Dr. John Helliwell. He conducted postdoctoral studies at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Columbia University, New York, USA, both in the laboratory of Dr. Lawrence Shapiro. He then went on to a second postdoc at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA, in the laboratory of Dr. Michael Eck. Titus started his laboratory at Yale University, New Haven, USA in 2005. The lab studies cytoplasmic signaling pathways, with particular interests in pathways associated with the disease cerebral cavernous malformations, and Rho GTPase signaling through protein kinase cascades.
