Global Health

The Yale School of Medicine Department of Anesthesiology has a longstanding dedication to international volunteerism. Starting with its founder, Dr. Nicholas M. Greene and his dedication to the improvement of the delivery of anesthesia in Sub-saharan Africa, our department has a deep-rooted commitment to the advancement and safe practice of Anesthesiology all over the world.

In an effort to support our trainees in the pursuit of global health training, we have verified and created a list of various programs that are available for resident/fellow participation, as well as a listing of options for financial support.
