Maddy Renzetti is originally from New Jersey. She attended Colby College, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Biology with a concentration in Cellular and Molecular Biology/Biochemistry. She earned her medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill-Cornell Medical Center.
During fellowship, Maddy is balancing clinical time with completing a Master's degree in Health Sciences - Medical Education Pathway. She is passionate about medical education. Her research interest is evaluating fellows in an educator roll specifically for teaching Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) to internal medicine residents. When she is not in the hospital, Maddy helps run a community choir, and also enjoys tabletop games, reading, and spoiling her two cats.
