i2b2/SHRINE (+ ENACT Network Access)

Informatics for Integrating Biology and the Bedside (i2b2), Shared Health Research Information Network (Shrine), and Evolve to Next-Gen Accrual to Clinical Trials (ENACT) are integrated platforms that allow researchers to explore de-identified clinical data for cohort discovery and feasibility analysis. i2b2 supports local data queries, Shrine enables multi-site analysis and ENACT facilitates study design and recruitment across institutions in the Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) consortium. These tools support both local and collaborative translational research.
