Brent P. Little, MD, professor of radiology, Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, presents on, “Appropriate Use of AI in Radiology Practice and Education: Perspectives from Thoracic Radiology.”
Residents of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging, Pathology, and Internal Medicine hold this conference to help doctors from different specialties learn from each other by working together and communicating. The multidisciplinary conference will feature representatives from each residency program presenting and discussing a case.
This is an educational and clinical management conference regarding the multidisciplinary care of patients with portal venous system pathologies. The conference will facilitate open discussion of challenging, interesting adult and pediatric cases presented by Hepatology, Surgery, IR fellows or residents, followed by interactive discussions focused on patient care improvement, education, and collaborative projects. The conference provides an essential venue for direct interdepartmental communication between different levels of healthcare workers to enhance patient care, management, efficiency, and quality/safety while providing a collegial teaching opportunity for trainees.
