Residents meet with peers and faculty facilitators quarterly to discuss identified topics and/or present their ongoing projects for feedback and learning.

The YGMHP compiled a reading list with articles that correspond with the Competencies. For each Competency, there are 5-7 articles, with additional readings. (Note, the reading list was created in 2018, so there may be more current articles that address the topics covered).
