As many of you have likely heard, there were several break-ins in and around our department offices and an untimely death occurred in an adjacent building last week.
Because of the unsettling nature of these events, the department will hold a town hall via Zoom on Monday, January 6 at noon with members of the NHPD, YPD, and leaders from YSM’s Finance and Administration Office and Yale Public Safety.
We hear your concerns and encourage you to share them, and any questions, ahead of the town hall using this link. The group will discuss and update the department on the situation, clarify any misconceptions, and discuss plans to ensure everyone’s safety, as well as the security of their belongings and offices.
