Five Faculty Elected to Associate Membership of ACNP

Five Yale Department of Psychiatry faculty have been elected to Associate Membership of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ACNP).

Gustavo A. Angarita, MD, MHS, assistant professor of psychiatry; Joao P. De Aquino, MD, assistant professor of psychiatry; Matthew Girgenti, PhD, assistant professor of psychiatry; Elizabeth Goldfarb, PhD, assistant professor of psychiatry; and Rajiv Radhakrishnan, MD, associate professor of psychiatry, received the recognition at the 63rd ACNP Annual Meeting December 8-11 in Phoenix, Ariz.

Membership in the ACNP is by nomination only and is awarded to individuals who demonstrate excellence in the field of neuropsychopharmacology. Associate members contribute to the college’s mission to advance understanding of brain and behavior disorders and improve prevention and treatment strategies.
