Biography
Justin Choi is a postgraduate associate at the Laboratory for Healthy Minds at the Yale Stress Center. He is interested in exploring the etiology of disorders of emotional dysregulation as well as the efficacy of existing and experimental treatment options. He is currently working on using both functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and electrocardiography (ECG) to better understand the underlying neurological and physiological bases of stress-related psychopathologies, namely depression, PTSD, and alcohol use disorder.
