Biography
Emily graduated summa cum laude and with departmental honors from Trinity College, where she earned a B.S. in Neuroscience with a concentration in Clinical and Cognitive neuroscience and a minor in Music. She developed an interest in functional neuroimaging during her undergraduate internship at the Autism and Functional Mapping laboratory at the Olin Neuropsychiatric Research Center and her post-baccalaureate work in the Decision Neuroscience Lab at Yale School of Medicine. Emily is excited to continue her training as a graduate student in Yale's Interdepartmental Neuroscience Program and hopes to investigate the neurobiological bases of reward, learning, and decision making in individuals with eating disorders and exercise compulsion.
