Biography
I am a Research Gastroenterology & Hepatology Fellow in the Section of Digestive Diseases at Yale School of Medicine. My clinical and research interests revolve around health disparities and liver transplantation outcomes. I was born and raised in Ecuador, where I pursued my medical education. I gained valuable experience as a Research Fellow at the Liver Research Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, all while receiving training in Principles and Practices of Clinical Research at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Heath. I also completed my resident training in Internal Medicine at Loyola MacNeal Hospital.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I have a passion for outdoor activities such as rock climbing and running. Additionally, I find balance through the practice of yoga.
